HVAC Service Technician

Here at Eco Home Heating & Air Experts, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is strong with diagnostics, service calls, and tune-ups, while also being comfortable educating homeowners on repair and replacement options when needed.

This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants strong earning potential with hourly pay plus commissions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential HVAC service calls
• System diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Repair recommendations
• Educating homeowners on replacement options when appropriate
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused experience

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to sell repairs and replacement systems ethically
• Clean driving record
• Reliable and motivated
• EPA Certification preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• $26–$34/hour base pay depending on experience
