Role Overview: What You’ll Do Each Day

· Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems following safety and quality standards.

· Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose faults, and recommend effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.

· Interact with customers courteously, provide clear explanations of services performed, and offer maintenance tips.

· Complete work orders, document service details, and communicate progress with dispatch and management.

· Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with best practices and technology advancements.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience required.

· Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required; NATE Certification preferred.

· Clean background and good driving record are essential.

· Ability to work independently, demonstrate honesty, and maintain a strong work ethic.

· Unlimited earning potential with commission-based pay—average hourly rates from $30 to $35, plus performance incentives.
