Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and water heating systems
• Perform thorough system evaluations and provide expert recommendations to homeowners
• Ensure all work meets Pro Comfort Control’s high standards of craftsmanship
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service

HVAC Service Tech Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service in-field experience required
• EPA certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heat pumps, furnaces, A/C, boilers (helpful but not required).
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
