About the Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-level customer experience. You’ll work independently in the field with strong operational support, modern tools, and leadership that respects skilled technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs and recommendations
• Use ServiceTitan and iPads for job tracking and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and strong customer service
• Work closely with management and dispatch to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Strong communication and professionalism with customers
• Self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work
