HVAC Service Technician

Up to $30 hourly, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions. Our techs are making $80,000 - $100,000 annually!

Panama City, FL, and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Company vehicle provided | 1 evening per week and 1 weekend per month on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of environments

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers and recommend effective solutions
• Complete work orders accurately using company technology
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
