Job Summary: As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, performing preventative maintenance, and installing HVAC equipment in residential and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field, with a proven track record in heating and cooling systems. This role requires expertise and in-depth knowledge of local HVAC codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment (heating, cooling, and ventilation systems).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Review blueprints, diagrams, and system layouts to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Provide clear and concise communication with clients about HVAC systems and services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall performance.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certified
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems, with the ability to read blueprints, draw diagrams, and interpret technical schematics.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, advanced social skills, and the ability to build solid client relationships.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop into a better technician.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
