HVAC Service Technician

We are in need of a skilled and highly motivated experienced technician to maintain the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for our office spaces. The right candidate will be expected to run diagnostic tests on machinery, repair and replace components as needed and report any malfunctions to the manager. The successful applicant will also have strong customer service skills and be skilled in working with mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Attend continuing education classes.
• Follow procedures in the standard operating procedures manual.
• Monitor the condition of the HVAC system and report any problems to management.
• Disassemble and reassemble HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC systems.
• Reconnect air conditioning ducts.
• Install and service heating units.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 5 years (Required)
• Field: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Required)
