HVAC Service Technician – Minimum 2 Years Experience REQUIRED

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Do NOT apply if you do not have at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience. Applicants without the required experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform system maintenance, tune-ups, and warranty services
• Troubleshoot emergency issues and perform emergency repairs when required
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
• Document all work performed, parts used, and job details
• Assist customers with questions and basic system education
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and equipment protocols
• Operate company vehicle and maintain a clean, professional appearance

Requirements (Must Meet to Be Considered):

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on HVAC service experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Must be able to work late nights and weekends when needed

• You do not have at least 2 full years of HVAC service experience
• You have only install experience and no service troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
