Your Role

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.)
• Provide clear, honest communication and exceptional customer service
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Perform follow-ups after the installation is done to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service calls
• Follow all safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
• Work collaboratively with our growing team in the Centralia-Chehalis area

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Washington HVAC contractor license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus
• Low voltage license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus
• Reliable, honest, and ready to help build something great
