Air, Inc. of Branford, CT has proudly served Connecticut homeowners since 1991 and is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Compensation

• $40.00 – $55.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing

• Replacement Opportunity Bonus: Earn 4% of every completed replacement sale that originates from a technician-generated lead. Technicians have earned up to $20,000 in these bonuses in a single month.
• Service Repair Task Bonus: Earn $35 for each qualifying sold service repair task.
• Additional incentive opportunities throughout the year.

These bonuses are earned on top of your regular hourly pay. Total annual compensation opportunities can exceed $200,000.

Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options when appropriate
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Connecticut Licensing Requirement

Applicants must possess a valid S or D Connecticut Heating and Cooling License.

Non-licensed applicants will not be considered.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Final candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record review.
