HVAC Service Technician and Installer

We are in search of qualified and friendly individuals with top notch service / install experience to join Phoenix Air Dynamics. We are a local company with a loyal clientele base. We treat our customer the way we would want our own family members to be treated. The motto is a customer for Life NOT for a day. Our techs are responsible for performing both residential and commercial HVAC repairs, maintenance and installations.

**Installers** 90% of installs are NOT in the attic

· Accurate completion of service notes

· Communicate effectively with office on a regular basis regarding service updates and client concerns

· Maintain a clean & safe driving record

· Top notch customer service skills and ability to demonstrate and explain to the customer both the problem at hand as well as all resolutions available

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize all tasks at hand

· Must be able to properly diagnose and resolve or troubleshoot issues timely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience repairing and/or replacing residential, multi-family and commercial HVAC units
• Must have valid AZ Drivers License
• Must pass background check
• Must be team oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
