HVAC Service Technician and Installer

Looking to hire an experienced field representative for residential and light commercial HVAC systems - position covers all industry facets including properly diagnosing system issues, performing repairs as needed, system maintenance tasks, new equipment installations.

This is a hybrid position with hourly pay along with earning commissions on equipment replacements, and will include continual assessments to reach performative pay increases. Position is Monday through Friday and providing the candidate is willing can include weekend work at time + half offered even in weeks with shorter than a full time schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and be able to repair, maintain and install a full variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate must be able to effectively troubleshoot issues while providing an outstanding customer experience. Client satisfaction is imperative!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Test and inspect electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret low voltage schematics.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Advise customers on proper use of HVAC systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
• Diagnostic evaluation: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
