HVAC Service Technician and Installer

Job Requirements:

- 1 plus years of experience in the HVAC service industry or 1 plus years experience as an HVAC Installer

- GREAT communication skills

- The ability to maintain a professional conduct at all time and have a "Clean Cut" appearance

- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers

- Completion of proposed work as quoted

- Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required

- Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions

- Positive attitude required and must be able to promote a professional, and friendly work environment

- Work hard, smart and efficiently

- Must be organized, able to multi-task, work both independently, and be a team player

- Follow the outline of company policies and procedures

- Maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment

- Complete all necessary paperwork to document work performed

- Valid driver's license, background check, and drug testing are conditions of employment
