Job Overview

We are a growing HVAC company looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is commission-based, allowing technicians to maximize their earnings based on performance and completed jobs.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional with customers, and confident in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls
• Install HVAC equipment and components as needed
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Complete job documentation and invoices accurately

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC technician experience required
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Professional attitude and customer service skills
