What You'll Be Doing

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Make repair vs. replace recommendations when appropriate
• Complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read wiring diagrams

Additional Skills

• Understanding of airflow and air balancing
• Basic sheet metal knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean insurable record
• Willingness to take ownership and continue learning
