What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Present system conditions and offer repair + upgrade options
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust and high-quality work
• Work with a supportive dispatch office to stay consistent and productive

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years HVAC service/maintenance experience/ Repair experience preferred
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to provide multiple solutions — not pressure, just options
• EPA Certification & valid driver’s license required
• Professional, reliable, team player

Top Techs Earn $80,000–$150,000+ Annually

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, rotating on-call.
