What You’ll Be Doing

· Perform service, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

· Diagnose issues and recommend proactive, energy-efficient solutions

· Work independently while maintaining communication and collaboration with the team

· Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

· Deliver 100% customer satisfaction through professionalism and problem-solving

· Document all work clearly, including service notes, recommendations, and time reporting

· Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Who You Are

· 5+ years of HVAC field experience (15+ years preferred)

· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a variety of commercial systems

· Comfortable with both large and small equipment (1.5 to 400 tons, VAV, CV, VRF)

· Self-motivated, dependable, and organized

· Respectful communicator and reliable team player

· Able to work safely with tools, ladders, and in various building conditions

· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus if you have experience with building automation systems (Trane, ALC, JCI, i-Vu), energy management, or static control—but not required.
