We are looking for a talented HVAC Service Technician, I who is responsible for following and assisting with refrigeration system repairs, installation, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for Customer interaction and communication with the field supervisor and the administrative staff

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with the coordination of refrigeration system repairs, installation, maintenance, and updates
• Assist the HVAC Manufacturing Business Unit engineers and Sales departments as required
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Work closely with other Team members and departments to ensure all refrigeration needs are met
• Must have basic understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and be proficient in AC/DC, wiring, calibration, and pneumatics
• Assist with AC/DC, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics, Wiring, Calibration, Cooling, and Electrical Controls
• Proven knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components
• Assist in troubleshooting complex refrigeration issues
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Safety Standards
• Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment
• All other related duties as assigned
• Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job

Qualifications:

• HVAC Certification or License preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of technical service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer-based file structures

Physical Requirements :

• This position is located in a testing environment and will involve hands-on work. Physical activity will include lifting (up to 50lb.), bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity or standing for long periods of time
• Ability to speak verbally, and read in English
• Ability to see with corrective lenses
• Ability to hear
• Ability to walk
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically
• Able to work overtime, evenings and/or weekends as required.
