HVAC Service Technician & Installer

Job Title: HVAC Service TechnicianInstaller, Experienced

Work start and end time: 7:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (evenings, weekends and overtime on occasion); On-call rotation required.

Pay Scale: $81,000-$94,000 + Benefits

Position Summary: To provide service on and installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid and insurable driver's license
• 3+ years field experience doing HVAC service and installation including boilers
• Insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
