Pay: Up to $37/hr Depending On Experience

What will you be doing? The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and delivers a high-quality experience for customers. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing HVAC system issues, while providing prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' HVAC service experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles/techniques.
• EPA Certification (Nate Certification a plus)
