CompensationSchedule
Base pay plus performance incentives with realistic earnings of $60,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance
Monday through Friday schedule starting at 8:00 AM with rotating on-call for nights and weekends

About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their technical ability, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow within a stable, established company. You will work independently in the field while being supported by a strong internal team, handling a mix of service calls, maintenance, and occasional system replacements across both residential homes and small commercial environments.

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and rooftop units.
Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and extend equipment life.
Complete system startups and assist with installations as needed
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and recommending solutions without pressure
Document work performed accurately and consistently
Follow all safety standards and company procedures while representing the Spectrum AC brand professionally
