What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential HVAC service and repair
• System troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Precision tune-ups and maintenance
• Startup and commissioning of new systems
• Heat pump and inverter system service
• Mitsubishi system diagnostics and setup
• Educating homeowners and providing solutions
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Residential HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with Mitsubishi Electric systems highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with customers
• EPA Certification
• Clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 – $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
• Hourly pay plus commissions and spiffs
