HVAC Service Technicians - Duct Mechanics - Equipment Installers- Shop and Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are a family owned & operated AC company located in Ft Pierce currently looking for help in several departments. We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technicians, Duct Mechanics, Equipment Installers, Shop and Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team.

HVAC Warehouse Help / Driver Needed ASAP (Ft Pierce)
compensation: to be determined based on experience
Duties include but are not limited to :
*Receives material from vendors by accepting shipments, moving to proper storage location and by completing receiving reports.
* Assists technicians / installers by shipping or issuing materials as directed.
* Minimizes corporate expenses by maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments, recording items received and shipping expenses.
* Issues tools, equipment and materials to technicians by maintaining sign-out log, creating packing slips and other documentation as needed.
* Maintains warehouse facilities by inspecting for security, signs of wear, scheduling and completing preventative maintenance work.
* Completes departmental operations by performing related duties as may be required.
* Maintains supplies and equipment by conducting inventories and ordering supplies as needed.
* Delivering material / running paperwork as needed

Duct Mechanics / Equipment Installers
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Candidates must be responsive & productive in a team environment.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Daily coordination and cooperation with management.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• All applicants must have a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs or more when required.
• Self-organized and understands priorities.
• Drug-free environment: drug test performed prior to hiring and random thereafter. EOE DFWP.
• Pay:
• Dependent on experience – starting at $17-$23

Service Technicians
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience including communicating systems and mini splits.
• Must have own tools, vacuum pump, leak detector, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• All applicants must have a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus but not required.
• EPA Certified.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs plus when required.
• Self-organized and understands priorities.
• Drug-free environment: drug test performed prior to hiring and random thereafter. EOE DFWP.

Pay: Dependent on experience – starting at $28-35
Includes take home vehicle

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
