What you will DO:

• Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment (Residential & Commercial).
• Planned maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe.
• Assist with installations on a needed basis.

What YOU will bring:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
• HVAC Sales Experience
• VRF & VAV system experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrate knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
• Must pass background check and random drug test
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
• Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding
• Must be able to work in cramped workplaces, such as crawl spaces under floors or attics under extreme weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)

Pay:

• $25.00 - $35.00 per hour plus Commission opportunity

Job Types:

• Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
