HVAC ServiceTechnician, Jr Techs, and experienced helpers

Job Overview:
We are seeking HVAC Service Technicians, Jr Techs to do prevenative maintenance, and experienced helpers to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and reassemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.- Follow schematics and blueprints to accurately install and troubleshoot systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

-Primary areas of expertise include chillers, cooling towers, boilers, rooftop units, heat pumps, package units, split systems, make-up air units, and associated components.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
