Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $72,000–$90,000 | Full-Time

Position Summary

You’ll lead installs in the field, keep production moving, and set the standard on site.

This is a stepping-stone to Foreman. You’re not running full projects yet—but you’re expected to think ahead, solve problems, and operate like someone who will.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the work, set the pace, and keep the job moving

• Read drawings, lay out the job, and execute without hand-holding

• Direct a small crew and hold quality standards

• Solve problems or escalate fast—no stalled jobs

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6+ years in HVAC, sheet metal, or mechanical install

• Can read drawings and execute independently

• Can lead people and maintain production

• Understands basic code and how systems need to perform

• Valid driver’s license and insurability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Field-based work: rooftops, lifts, mechanical rooms, weather exposure. Active role with regular lifting and movement.
