HVAC Shop Foreman

In this role as the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and running the shop, including:

• Manage Sheet Metal Shop, including purchasing materials
• Overseeing sheet metal fabrication, including quality control
• Managing the team
• Maintaining exceptional customer service
• Participating in management meetings, reporting status of shop operations to management
• Equipment maintenance

Sheet Metal Shop Manager – Requirements for the Role

• HVAC Layout
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, specifically with respect to HVAC Sheet Metal (stainless steel, galvanized, tin, aluminum sheets, corrugated sheets, etc.)
• Equipment maintenance, forklift operation
• Ability to utilize and navigate a computer / basic computer skills
• Prior experience managing a team as well as prior HVAC experience
• Time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
