HVAC Site Engineer

Energy Tech Edge LLC, a leading HVAC contractor in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Site Engineer to oversee and manage HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day HVAC activities at project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Plan and monitor installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, controls, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare material requests, monitor deliveries, and verify installation against specifications.
• Lead and manage site technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of site progress, inspections, and quality control records.
• Identify site issues, propose technical solutions, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Required UAE drivers license holder.
• 2-3 years of UAE experience as site engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent site coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
