Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Site Engineer to lead and manage HVAC works for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The candidate must have strong technical expertise across all HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, Chilled Water, DX, Ventilation, and Smoke Management systems, and be capable of independently handling site execution, coordination, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for planning, execution, and supervision of HVAC works at site.
• Manage installation of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, DX units, FAHU, AHU, FCU, ventilation, pressurization, and smoke extraction systems.
• Review and implement shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Lead coordination with consultants, main contractors, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure HVAC works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, authority regulations.
• Plan material requirements, monitor deliveries, and control site resources efficiently.
• Prepare program of works/schedule.
• Attend technical meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections with consultants and authorities.
• Manage testing, commissioning, air balancing, flushing, and final handover activities.
• Prepare and review daily reports, weekly progress reports, IRs, MIRs, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Identify design or execution issues early and propose technical solutions and value engineering options when required.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and site safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience in HVAC site execution.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, authority requirements, and consultant standards.
• Ability to independently manage HVAC scope from mobilization to project handover.
• Excellent coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Experience on high-rise, villa, hotel, or commercial projects
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Immediate or short-notice availability
