​Job Description:
​We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Site Engineer to join our team for a project in Al-Salmi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site HVAC installations, ensuring work quality, and managing technical documentation with high precision.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Site Supervision: Oversee the installation of HVAC systems (DX, VRF, and Ventilation) ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
​Technical Drawings: Review, modify, and implement Shop Drawings effectively.
​Coordination: Coordinate with other trades (Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil) to resolve any site clashes.
​Progress Reporting: Monitor daily progress, manage site manpower, and prepare technical reports for the project manager.
​Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet the required QA/QC standards and assist in inspections with consultants.
​Required Qualifications & Skills:
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
​Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in HVAC Site Execution within Kuwait.
​Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD is mandatory (candidates will be tested on drafting speed and accuracy).
​Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC Shop Drawings, material submittals, and site-specific troubleshooting.
​Location Mobility: Ability to work at the Al-Salmi site.
​Communication: Strong command of English and Arabic
