HVAC Site Engineer

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC installation standards.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Understanding of chilled water systems, VRF systems, and ventilation systems.
• Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures.
• Site supervision and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including:
• Ducting works
• Chilled water piping
• Refrigerant piping
• Ventilation systems
• Equipment installation (AHU, FCU, FAHU, Exhaust Fans, etc.)
• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure site work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor daily site activities and manpower productivity.
• Prepare work progress reports and site documentation.
• Conduct inspections and testing of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with other services such as electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting.
• Prepare material requests and verify delivered materials.
• Assist in testing & commissioning activities.
• Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC Site Engineer: 2 years (Required)
