We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Start-Up Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision work, problem-solving, and bringing HVAC systems to life the right way—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform start-up, commissioning, and diagnostics of commercial HVAC systems
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and control techs to ensure smooth job execution
• Document start-up reports, test data, and deficiencies
• Provide technical feedback and solutions during system commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC start-up experience preferred
• Strong understanding of refrigeration, air flow, controls, and electrical systems
• VRF experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and documentation skills
