What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or Superintendent on new construction sites
• Background in large-scale residential or multifamily/commercial HVAC projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and HVAC installation drawings
• Hands-on experience installing HVAC systems (sheet metal, duct board, flex)
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining relationships with GCs and internal teams
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Organized and technically proficient with construction software (e.g., ProCore, eSUB)
• Experience coordinating field crews, tracking performance, and resolving issues on-site
• Knowledge of HVAC ductwork, airflow, system start-up, troubleshooting, and submittal documentation
• Valid driver’s license

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC Technical School preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or a related trade

Technical & Computer Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using iPhone, iPad, and field management tools
• Familiar with Smartsheets, ProCore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms
