Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent or Supervisor in ground-up construction
• Background in multifamily or large-scale residential/commercial HVAC projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
• Hands-on HVAC installation expertise, including sheet metal, duct board, and flex systems
• Proficient in project coordination and managing field crews and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Familiarity with construction software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or eSUB
• Knowledge of duct layout, airflow impact, HVAC startup procedures, and troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation and system maintenance for new multifamily projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Utilize project management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) to track progress and coordinate subcontractors
• Interpret construction plans and manage change orders as needed
• Collaborate with general contractors and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones
• Monitor costs, implement quality control measures, and drive crew productivity
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
• Conduct on-site visits to manage daily project execution and resolve field issues
