HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Supervisor to oversee all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning installation, operation, and maintenance activities on-site. The role requires strong technical expertise, team supervision, and the ability to ensure project completion within quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE Driving License and possess Arabic language skills to effectively communicate with local authorities, suppliers, and workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare daily/weekly work reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• Drive to different project sites as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC supervision within the UAE/Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and site execution.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
