About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and schedule HVAC technicians and installers for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets company standards, safety guidelines, and local codes.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to team members.
• Review job plans, blueprints, and project specifications to coordinate tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are met.
• Monitor inventory, tools, materials, and equipment; assist with ordering and procurement as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, logs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and development of HVAC staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
