HVAC Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across project sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians, duct fitters, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, Exhaust/Fresh Air systems).
• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and ensure work is executed as per approved plans.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper installation of ducting, piping, insulation, and related accessories.
• Prepare daily reports, material requests, and progress updates.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets project timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation & supervision (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC and MEP drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and site practices.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
