HVAC Supervisor

HVAC Maintenance. 2. Ensure the HVAC systems meet the temperature, humidity, and cleanliness requirements for cleanroom applications. 3. Coordinate installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ductwork, air handling units (AHUs), and related controls. 4. Maintain and monitor cleanroom HVAC performance; support periodic validations and requalification as per GMP norms. 5. Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for cleanroom HVAC equipment. 6. Troubleshoot HVAC system issues to minimize downtime and ensure cleanroom integrity. 7. Maintain documentation for HVAC qualification protocols (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, and change controls. 8. Collaborate with QA, validation, and production teams for compliance and operational excellence. 9. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies during all HVAC operations.

Education – B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering Experience – 04 to 10 years of experience in Servicing of HVAC systems for cleanroom environments, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, electronics, or semiconductor sectors Skillset – 1. Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC design, BMS controls, air balancing, and validation processes. 2. Hands-on experience of servicing & installations of AHUs, chilled water systems, ducting, VAVs, FFUs, and dehumidifiers. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD, HVAC software tools (like HAP or Carrier), and MS Office. 4. Excellent troubleshooting, project execution, and documentation skills. 5. Strong coordination and communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders

Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
