الهدف من الوظيفة

الإشراف على أعمال تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التكييف والتبريد، وإدارة فرق العمل في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المواصفات الفنية والجداول الزمنية ومعايير السلامة والجودة المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف المباشر على فنيي التكييف وتوزيع المهام اليومية عليهم.
• تنفيذ ومتابعة أعمال تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التكييف المختلفة مثل:
• Split Units
• Package Units
• Ducted Split
• VRF / VRV Systems
• قراءة المخططات الهندسية والرسومات التنفيذية الخاصة بأعمال التكييف والدكت.
• الإشراف على أعمال تصنيع وتركيب الدكت (Duct Installation) وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات.
• تشخيص الأعطال الفنية لأنظمة التكييف وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة.
• متابعة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والدورية للمعدات.
• التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة المهنية (HSE) في مواقع العمل.
• التنسيق مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية عن تقدم العمل والمشاكل الفنية.
• تدريب الفنيين الجدد وتطوير مهارات الفريق.
• ضمان استخدام الأدوات والمعدات بالشكل الصحيح.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في التكييف والتبريد أو الميكانيكا.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كفورمان أو فني أول في مجال HVAC داخل دولة الإمارات.
• خبرة قوية في الصيانة والتركيب وأعمال الدكت.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية.
• مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق العمل.
• القدرة على حل المشكلات الفنية بسرعة وكفاءة.

المتطلبات الإضافية

• رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية.
• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات السلامة في مواقع العمل.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة العربية ويفضل معرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description – HVAC Foreman

Job Title :HVAC Foreman

Job Purpose

To supervise HVAC installation and maintenance activities on-site, manage technicians, and ensure that all work is completed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC technicians and assign daily work tasks.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC systems including:
• Split Units
• Package Units
• Ducted Split Systems
• VRF / VRV Systems
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical plans.
• Supervise duct fabrication and installation works according to project specifications.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily progress and technical reports.
• Train and guide HVAC technicians and helpers.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC field within the UAE, preferably as a Foreman or Senior Technician.
• Strong experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and ducting works.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English preferred.
