HVAC Supervisor / Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HVAC Supervisor / Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in facility maintenance within Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily HVAC maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HVAC system issues (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, ventilation systems, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements when required.
• Prepare technical reports, service logs, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC supervision within facility maintenance in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and maintain high productivity levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
