HVAC Supervisor / Foreman

IMEP is seeking a highly experienced and responsible HVAC Supervisor / Foreman to join our team for ongoing and upcoming airport projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance and site execution within large-scale or aviation environments.

This role requires someone who is confident in managing site activities, coordinating with engineers and contractors and ensuring all work complies with airport regulations and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead HVAC installation, testing and commissioning activities on site
• Ensure all work is carried out according to airport site procedures and safety regulations
• Coordinate daily tasks for technicians and workers
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics and technical documents
• Monitor work progress and report to project engineers/managers
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Manage materials, tools and manpower efficiently on site
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Maintain strong coordination with other MEP disciplines on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of HVAC experience, with at least supervisory/foreman level experience
• Strong experience in airport projects or high-security sites preferred
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of HSE and site safety procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Diploma or technical certification in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering preferred
