HVAC Team Lead-Ginosko Modular

The HVAC Team Leader oversees installation, testing, and quality control of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems within a modular manufacturing environment. The role blends handson technical work with daily team coordination to ensure production goals, safety standards, and state compliance requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC technicians in daily installation and service tasks within the factory.
• Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and modular system layouts.
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with Michigan codes and factory safety standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Recognized HVAC certification Michigan and /or Mechanical Contractor License
• Minimum five years' buildingtrades experience with proven HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, diagnostics, and code compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflow in a fastpaced setting.
• Solid communication and problemsolving skills.
