We are a small, well established local plumbing company that has been in business for 23 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as excellent customer service skills. Remote work is an available option.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
• Proven ability to install hot air heating systems, ductwork, hydronic heating systems, steam boilers, and heat pumps
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
• Working with the assistance of an apprentice
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to read plans and install ductwork and hydronic heating systems
• Heating and Air experience is required
• Oil Burner License is a plus!
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• EPA certification and/or NATE certification
• Ability to perform various HVAC installs with minimal guidance
• Working knowledge of change-outs and addons
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• On the job management skills
• Team player
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly with a great deal of patience
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift 75 lbs, work in awkward spaces
• Valid Driver's License and have your own reliable vehicle

• $25-40 per hour, Depending on Experience
