Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician and Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to execute precise installations and repairs.
• Perform mechanical work such as welding, pipe fitting, and equipment repair to ensure system integrity.
• Conduct field service visits for routine maintenance or urgent repairs on HVAC/R equipment across various property types.
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs when necessary.
• Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely for transportation of tools, equipment, or parts to job sites.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation of all work performed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all installation and repair activities.
• Support property maintenance efforts by performing general mechanical tasks as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer with a strong background in construction or property maintenance.
• Service technician experience handling HVAC/R systems including refrigeration and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design principles is essential for accurate troubleshooting and installation.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing boiler operation, appliance repair, welding skills, and general equipment maintenance is required.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Previous field service experience working directly with clients in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification preferred.
• Additional skills in plumbing, refrigeration systems (including ammonia), welding, boiler operation, or mechanic experience will be considered advantageous. Pay: $25.42 - $35.50 per hour
