HVAC Tech for real estate management company

Northside/Northwest burb commercial real management company looking for full-time heating & air-conditioning technician with 5+ years of experience

Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair of HVAC systems, including split-systems and RTUs.
• Perform and assist some non-HVAC related building maintenance work.
• FULL-TIME with overtime opportunities available

Requirements:

• Self-starter, honest & hard working with an ability to take direction from others. This is absolutely mandatory!
• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems.
• Experience with plumbing, electric and other trades is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Your own work vehicle (company does not provide vehicle)
• EPA card
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Polish speaking is a plus.

Hourly rate based on experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
