Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Site-based work with occasional emergency call-outs

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians on project sites
• Inspect systems to ensure proper performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system faults and issues
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Review and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Skills for This Role

• Strong HVAC systems knowledge (chillers, split units, ducting, VRF systems)
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Team leadership and supervision experience
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation methods
• Health and safety (HSE) awareness
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Communication and coordination abilities
• Time management and site organization skills

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Proven experience in HVAC installation or technical supervision roles
• Strong hands-on experience with HVAC systems and maintenance
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams on-site
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures
• Willingness to work in field-based and physically active environments
