HVAC Technician

Responsible for repairing, replacing, and maintaining the hotel’s physical equipment related to HVAC system in accordance with standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security.

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifies maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Carries out preventive maintenance work as per the schedule.

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Supports and initiates programs for the improvement in procedures and the reduction of the energy and utility costs.
• Attends scheduled training courses, briefings as required.
• Participates actively in Hotel-initiated employee activities.
• Maintains good relationships with colleagues within the department and with other departments and contributes to team spirit.
• Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene, health, and safety policy.
• Adheres to set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
• Carries out other tasks as maybe required from time to time by the management.

Accommodation, Transportation, and Duty Meals are provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
