Salary: ₹15,000 onwards, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

The HVAC Technician Supervisor is crucial for maintaining hospital HVAC systems, ensuring patient and staff comfort, and meeting healthcare regulations. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, and addressing emergencies to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians for timely maintenance and repairs.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent system failures.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing technical guidance.

Ensure systems meet hospital infection control and safety standards.

Manage schedules and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.

Handle emergency repairs.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in HVAC technology is preferred.

At least 5 years of HVAC technician experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Hospital or healthcare facility experience is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Ability to read blueprints and understand hospital-specific HVAC requirements.
