Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently to maintain a comfortable environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, and ventilation units in retail premises.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and provide timely repairs.
• Monitor temperature control systems to ensure consistent cooling/heating levels in retail spaces.
• Coordinate with facility and maintenance teams for repair scheduling.
• Maintain service logs, records, and reports of all HVAC maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
