HVAC Technician

Growing St. Louis residential real estate and property management company is seeking an experienced HVAC Tech ASAP. We have a fun, relaxed work environment, but candidate must be career driven, looking for a challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with a fast paced setting.

About the Job

Working under limited supervision, HVAC tech will be assigned service calls and Respond, schedule and handle on a daily basis multiple combinations of service requests, perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of residential HVAC systems in a scattered site real estate portfolio.

The candidate must have some flexibility with schedule, but will compensation accordingly during after hours and weekend calls. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.

Experience and Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience HVAC units & water heaters
• Knowledge and experience with general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• MUST have a VALID driver’s license.
• Be dependable and self-motivated.
• Must pass a full background investigation.
• High sense of responsibility
• Proper licensure and certification required
